The past week/s has been filled with indulgences.

 

1. Cut my hair during lunch and clubbed at MOS with my colleagues; occasion being Michelle's farewell, last Friday

2. Caught up with Ericia and Michelle last Saturday at Jazz by the Beach (my great spontaneous idea ). Great ambience for chilling out and perhaps a picnic...

3. Stocked up on Estee Lauders with my sister and visited showrooms with my parents last Sunday at St. Michael area. Is it just my mum and I or are the showrooms' ID (that's interior design for the uninitiated) becoming less 'wow'?

4. Lunched with Philip after so many years, and watched Prom Night (bring on the thrillers!), had dinner at Waraku, checked out the famous "2 Ridley Park", and chilled out with ice cream and live band at Ben & Jerry's @ Dempsey with dearest Gideon on Wednesday

5. Caught up with the peeps from Spilled Milk over dinner @ Serenity in VivoCity (food was quite good but the live singing was too in-my-ears) and Starbucks in HarbourFront on Friday. Totally miss my darling Desmond...ooh...alliteration.

6. Introduced my sister to my favourite Italian restaurant - Mamma Lucia - yesterday

7. Introduced Stacy to my favourite Italian gourmet deli - Gastronomia da paolo - today. Best Tiramisu...yum!

 

No matter what happens, your close friends will stand by you...esp those who are single...haha! Having said this, I have to officially state that my darling Coreen and TL are great to me...though TL rids me of stories to tell Coreen because he got the chance to tell her first! Nevertheless, they let me be their gooseberry...so I will let that pass. Hee!

 

All these indulgences with people I cherish really made me feel blessed. I really thank God for family and friends.
