Early in the morning, I checked out Yahoo! News as usual. What greeted me was this piece of news that said a SAF regular serviceman was found motionless in his bunk in a Taiwanese military facility (how did he die?)....gosh! I am so caught up in it that I didn't notice the headline actually mentioned SAF regular serviceman. Oh...breathe breathe breathe...

 

My goodness...it is too early in the morning for my heart to be treated like that. I shall pray for his health, safety and happiness.

Here are beverage recipes of two fashion honchos which I find very easy to follow and good for us. Enjoy!

 

- 2 green apples
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 cucumber
- 2 kale leaves or other available greens
- 1/4 white cabbage
- 1/2 lemon, peeled

Pass all ingredients through juicer. Blend with 1/4 avocado if desired for added thickness. Serves 2.

 

*Good for Party*

- 1 ounce blood orange concentrate, thawed
- 5 ounces Champagne

Pour blood orange concentrate into a Champagne flute. Add Champagne, pouring carefully to avoid foam-up. Stir gently to combine.

It has been 2 weeks since I have come back from Bintan but I am still reeling from the good vibes and irritating tan lines. Although I didn't get to jet ski or ride the ATV, I had a fabulous time getting a massage on the beach, dancing in the pool and enjoying good grilled delicacies. It was an utterly lovely slackish holiday. Can't wait to go back again! Check out my holiday fling, Julian Botterweck from the Neatherlands, who is so gorgeous a toodler. Hee... He gave me a flower after some frolicking in the pool. *wink*
