The fact that I have been spraying more of my Ralph Lauren Blue than Elizabeth Arden Fifth Avenue recently, should have indicated to me that I am in need of a relaxed day spent by the sea. I had a craving to go to Sentosa tomorrow and irritating TL said I should have planned it earlier. What is craving?! It is supposed to be last minute, you chicken mcnugget! I haven't seen him in ten thousand years and when finally, I see him at Gideon's KTV birthday celebration, he bit my head off when I asked him an innocent question. Chicken mcnugget!

 

I miss hanging out with TL and Coreen. The number of my late-night rendezvous with Coreen has been dramatically reduced due to her lacking of a car now. Wish I can drive competently so my parents would allow me to drive on my own...then I can continue the late-night rendezvous with Coreen!

 

I am glad that I am able to meet up with Michelle and Cat often. Otherwise, I think I will turn a paler shade of white (inside joke with Terence) as I spend more and more time at home with fewer and fewer friends to meet.

 

Well, I am just glad that I have Michelle and Essy to enjoy the waves and sea breeze with tomorrow. Sentosa, here I come!

My Company's Dinner just ended and I won 2nd prize!

 

It is the exact thing I had prayed to God for and with a want for just the 2nd prize and not the 1st prize, I got it! I really wanted a bigger TV and here it is, in my house! 32" Wide LCD TV that Kenny had to haul it off the stage for me and Daoyi lugging it to the Lobby for my parents to pick us up. God really provides, when it is in His will for you to have. I gave up hoping once at a nail-biting moment but a thought hit me that I should have faith in God, whom I have prayed to about getting it so I prayed about it again. Moments later, my name was called!

My poor Manager is running a fever today and missed out on such a spectacular night whereby every single one of our department's employees won something. Hope she will get better soon!

Just finishing watching A Good Year...Fantastic show! The romantic language of French is the delectable icing on the cake. *Dreamy* I am going to find the songs!

 

Going to sleep...Had been so awake just now due to sleeping for the most parts of the day as I had been tired after unpacking and reading letters from the past. There are lots of them accumulated from the almost-4-year relationship. Laughed and cried, I did, and that added to my exhaustion, I guess.

 

Watching extraordinary movies makes my day (night) and I can go to sleep with whispers of Bonjour and Au Revoir in my ear...

Are togas in again? I never really know as I am not the most logged-in person to these trends.

 

However, I know one thing. I love togas! Having such love for them for so many years, I am disappointed to note that I only have 1 piece of clothing which is in toga-style.

 

When I saw a toga top from BEBE featured in a magazine, I was so excited as it looks good and the price is within my splurging limits. I went to check it out with Cat and was so disheartened to discover that it is a total see-through piece! It was even more upsetting when I realised the design, sans the see-through aspect, was the exact one that I wanted to have after seeing it on a Caucasian lady at Sentosa (TL would know what I am talking about). It is the same kind of top but why is it see-through?! A waste of money if it is see-through as I would not be able to wear it as much as I wanted to. Tough matching it...

 

Lord, give me more togas!!
